Using WordPress on your iPad

WordPress has made my life so much easier. Instead of having to think learn how to write html, all I needed to do was learn how to run a piece of software.

Sure we had our moments. There were a few nights that WordPress kept me up, fighting. That was more user error and my compulsive nature, though.

There’s a reason why most blogs use WordPress. WordPress is also the platform of choice for internet marketing. It’s so damn easy to use and get a product out there.

Then it got easier…

When I started exploring how WordPress would work on my iPad I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. It was even easier to manage my blog through my iPad than it was through my laptop.

WordPress in Safari

Everybody is familiar how WordPress works on your computer. You open safari, type in your website address, get to the dashboard, and go to town.

The same can be done on the iPad.

In the dashboard you can add or edit plugins, change your theme, write posts or pages, create menus and widgets, and do anything else you might want to do on your computer.

The WordPress app

This app has changed the way I work with my blogs. That’s right, I said BLOGS.

The WordPress App allows me to work on posts right from the app. It also allows me to be logged into multiple blogs at once.

Instead of logging into each blog separately to edit it, I can do it all from one app. Needless to say, the WordPress App has improved my productivity by quite a bit.

As you can see, the WordPress App also has a way for you to see your work from the App. It doesn’t show the whole screen, but it does give you a pretty good idea what you have done without having to leave the App.

One of the great things about working on an iPad is how you go to various Apps instead of websites. The WordPress App allows me to do the work I need to do on my blogs all within one App.

And I haven’t even mentioned the best part yet…

The App is FREE!

In other words, you don’t have to take my word for it. Try it out yourself. See what you think. And comment on your experiences below.
